


Now is it’s 3rd year, The Festy Experience was created and curated by The Stringdusters and looks to be the biggest and best yet. The Stringdusters have also announced the line up for their annual festival, The Festy Experience, October 5-7 in Charlottesville, VA. A great example can be seen on this live clip of the instrumental “ Black Rock”. Honest Tune says of the band’s performances, ".their live show is absolutely spell-binding." The band refers to their unique blend of bluegrass, rock, country and sheer energy as High Country. The Infamous Stringdusters live performances are energetic, festive events featuring five virtuosos - Chris Pandolfi (banjo), Jeremy Garrett (fiddle/vox), Travis Book (upright bass/vox), Andy Hall (dobro/vox) and Andy Falco (guitar/vox) - who have broken down barriers proving that music with bluegrass instrumentation does not need to fit neatly in a box.
